Cancellation Policy

Please be aware of Aspire Pilates and Fitness has a strict 12 hour cancellation policy.
Everyone gets 1 “oops” due to sickness, or extenuating circumstances and that class can be made up another day within the month for your 4, 8 or 12 pack. The 2nd time there is a last minute cancellation you will be subject to forfeiting the class. For those with unlimited sessions, you will be subject to a $10 charge. Everyone must have a Credit Card on file.

Several reasons the policy is strictly enforced:

So that you have an opportunity to join a class when you want and to keep waitlisted people and opportunity to join the class. 
To keep offering these classes at an affordable rate
To ensure there is room in the class
Due to the preparation involved for a large class

No classes will be rolled over to the next month unless you have bought a 5 or 10 pack that has a 3 month expiration date.

Changing class time on the same day will be subject to late cancel fees or forfeiting of your class credit.

Aspire Pilates and Fitness wants to continue to provide the most affordable, consistent, quality Pilates experience available Due to the limited availability of spaces and high demand of classes, we have no choice but enforce our policy to have accountability in the studio.

Memberships- or Monthly Sessions:
To cancel your Aspire Pilates and Fitness membership please log in to your account and cancel through your Virtuagym account or app. To cancel your Aspire Pilates and Fitness studio membership, please contact your studio of enrollment.
Cancellation of your membership must be received by us by at least 4pm central time the day prior (3 days before end of month) to the next scheduled payment date in order to take effect for that period. If you cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to the automatic renewal day for your subscription, your subscription will continue as scheduled and your cancellation will take effect in the following period
