Welcome to Aspire Pilates and Fitness. Our fitness program approach is personable and enjoyable. You will get into better physical condition and not even know it. We realize that everyone is different and has different needs and different goals.  ​ Our program helps you achieve the goals you desire…whether it is just to do your current job with ease, to play with your kids with more endurance, to be healthier by lowering you blood pressure, train for a fitness event or your sport or maybe it’s to fit into your jeans again.

ALL YOU NEED TO MEET YOUR FITNESS GOALS

Aspire Pilates and Fitness helps clients to improve their strength, endurance,flexibility, diet, coordination, balance, and overall health! We focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions,not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine.  ​ This is achieved through variety in your routine which may include using the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Springboard, strength training, intervals, and stretching. We will help you set goals and reach them. I don’t just show you how to do an exercise; We educate you in the areas of core, strength training, and cardiovascular endurance.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR CLASS

Hydrate throughout the day.

No large meals within 2 hours of class.

Due to client allergies we ask that you refrain from fragrance and lotions prior to class.

WHAT DO I BRING

Water and workout towel , however there are clean towels at the studio

You will need Pilates socks or foot wraps. These are socks or wraps with rubber grips on the bottom.

Pilates socks can be purchased at the studio.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Semi Fitted or Fitted clothes, such as Pilates or yoga pants and  tops are recommended.

This makes it easier for your instructors to see your form and muscle alignment.
